After initial contact I will make an appointment to call to your home and view your item(s) and provide you with a written offer. You can accept or decline any part of my offer.

There is no obligation on your part to sell and any offer or valuation I provide is free of charge.

Should you decide to accept my offer(s) we will arrange a mutually convenient collection day. Full payment is made upon collection.

Our Complete House Clearance Service

We can provide this additional service if a property is requiring to be emptied.

Items are identified as:

1. Having a commercial value. Advice /assistance will be given on the best way to realise any value.
2. Items of no commercial value but too good to ‘throw out’. These pieces can be passed to a charity of your choice or I can advise of alternatives.
3. Items of no value. These items would be disposed of at the local cleansing, unless otherwise requested.
